Fear of Loss

Fear of Loss

How many times have you clicked on something because today
is the last day you can get XYZ item?

How about the infomercial on TV-get it while supplies last?
Or, Get this before the price goes up!

That is called Fear of Loss!

Pre-Launch is Fear of Loss, they play on your emotion to hook you into
buying what they are selling. Even though, it is not something you
would normally do.

Why, do we do that?

Because we are afraid we will miss something.

We don't know what; we just don't want to miss out and be left
behind.

Fear of Loss--NOT for them!

That is what these companies are preying on you for. YOUR MONEY.
And, we jump at the chance to give it to them, no matter how broke we are.

Isn't it about time we took our lives back?

How many companies can you think of that are in control of our lives?

Well, let's take a little look, The Federal Government, they have us believing
that everything is at an all time worst. For who, the stock brokers,
the high rollers.

If you believe it, it will be. So stop listening and live your lives like you normally would. FEAR OF LOSS.

Ok, how about the FDA; they control us by only letting us advertising what
they consider proven.
Which only includes drugs that are manufactured by drug companies.

The stuff that kills people. Fear of Loss-YOU-Not them!

Next, Oil Companies-Well here ya go, if you want to take a trip they want
a piece of your pleasure. Gotta buy gas.

So quit going!.
Due your due diligence and suffer by staying at home. SAVE YOUR MONEY!, It will
be there next year.

When we put our foot down, and say enough is enough eventually and
only if everyone does it; will we get out lives back in this country.

Fear of Loss-you go to work everyday because you are afraid you won't have
enough money.

Fear of Loss-You work everyday so you will have insurance.

Haa, there is another one-Insurance companies-now don't they just grab you where
it really hurts.

Who is really getting rich there?

If they let you get healed, you won't need prescriptions for the drug companies,
and they won't get any of your money. Go figure!

Are you seeing the circle? Government, Oil, FDA, Insurance, Drugs.....Oh, and don't let me forget the Auto Industry.

YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW VEHICLE, OR BOAT, OR JET SKI, OR NEW MOTORCYCLE!

Who cares if they make too many vehicles every year, that is on them NOT YOU!

Who is really running your life? YOU, are you sure?

So take charge, learn how to think for yourself, not what they want you to think!

Fear of Loss!

Learn how to think, not what they want you to think!

Your Attitude says alot about you.

It has been a while since I last wrote and for good reason.

I was having a tough time at work. Not that work is hard, but the people that surround you on a daily basis can really affect your mind.

If you are not careful you can be consummed by what is happening around you. That is exactly what has happened to me.

I was living in such muck, it was like a sponge sucking up muddy water.
It is like being in quicksand and sinking to the endless bottom. It is really tough to pull yourself out.

Thank God I have friends that will listen and help put me back on the right path.

And of course, there is one other that keeps me going and that of course is none other then the Lord himself.

I have said this before, it is tough sometimes to get out of your own way.
Well now I am moving over and moving on, finally. YES!

I have a question, have you ever made a list of what you want and do not want in your life?

I am not talking about money, or material things, but things that are important to you, things that say who you are and what you stand for.

When you make that list, print it out, and put it on the wall where you can see it daily. It will be a strong reminder for you and keep you focused.

Here is another one; do you ever listen to how people talk?

Do they swear a lot, do they sound confident when they speak, or do they sound angry, unsure of themselves.
That also, says a lot about where you are in life.

How is your self-esteeem?

Does it affect your attitude toward others?

When your self-esteem is low, it is difficult to fake it. It shows in your facial expressions, the way to walk and talk, even the way you dress says a lot about what you think of yourself.

So how do you control what goes on around you?

When your self esteem is high, you become a stronger person, more reliant and a better leader. It is a domino affect, low self esteem- treat people and your self crappy. High self- esteem-leads to building others and build yourself.

.Wishing you sucess, one day at a time.

Please feel free to leave your comments.

This weeks subject-Fear

So it seems that this week the subject is about fear. Where does fear come from and how does it resonate from our childhood?

As early as being a toddler we are taught if you do this, this is the consequence.

Touch the fire you get burnt, throw something you get a time out.
Hit someone; you get hit back. Etc. As we grow older those and many more are formed into our hearts and our head.

It gets to the point we are afraid “of our own shadow”.
Did we do the dishes right, did we remember to turn in our homework, is the laundry done correctly?
Did I get the toilet clean enough, is my bed made, did I get the grass cut right? Did I bring in enough wood for the fire tonight?

The list goes on. When you become an adult and have the “privilege” of having a job, you have to not only please your boss, but you co-workers as well.

Did I make enough copies of that assignment for the board meeting?
Hope I wasn’t late.

Did I take too long of a break, did I answer the phone quick enough and say the right things?
Did I get the floors clean enough last night?

Everywhere we turn there are things that impose fear in to our lives. Sometimes it is not much to think about, other times it is horrendous.

Sometimes we live in relationships that are not healthy. Sometimes we live in areas that are not safe, sometimes we are in the wrong place at the wrong time.

How often do you look over your shoulder, are you being followed?
In the parking lot; at the movies; inside the store?

So when does it stop and can you control your fears?

Well as I have just described fear inside of us is life long. We have been programmed from day one. So what we must do; is to unlearn the programming.

It is going to be easy, heck no. It is going to happen over night, no, but it also won’t take you your whole life either.

So your assignment if you choose to accept is this: look at your own life, write down what you fear. Then ask yourself why?

What is at the heart of your fear?

When you have that answer you will begin the process of owning your own life.

So let us all start to undo the programming.
