Home of Team Catalyst

I have been writing a lot about personal development and looking within ourselves to really begin the process of knowing which road we are on, where we are headed and trying to figure out what are the next paths that we may want to take or change.

As a team member of Team Catalyst I want to share with you an audio of one of my friends Henrietta Hakes.  You can listen to her audio here: Finding Limiting Beliefs

They say that making a change takes doing something over and over for a minimum of 21 to 30 days before it becomes a habit. So the 30 day Mental Cleanse is just the beginning of a change of habits. Overcoming your fears, self-doubt, procrastination, limiting beliefs of yourself is not an overnight process. As I have stated before, it will not take your entire life to make the changes within but it will take time and a lot of effort on your part.

Just reading the book Think and Grow Rich by itself and on your own is great but you will benefit so much more doing lessons on a weekly basis with a group. You will get other peoples perspective; you have the opportunity to read others lessons, you get to evaluate, compare, process, feel and understand those around you.

You will get some really great insight from what others write. You will have some real aaahh moments. You will come to realize that you are not the only one that has the same feelings, thoughts and ideas as you do.

You will begin the process of understanding yourself and those around you. It is an incredible journey, hard at times, but so worth the effort you put into it. Remember the path will not always be easy, there will be some huge boulders in the road, crevices to cross, slithering snakes that need to move over, but don’t forget that also on that path are some really beautiful flowers, butterflies, humming birds, squirrels, and many other things that you make not remember to enjoy. And don’t forget to take your friends along with you for comfort, sharing, insight and love.

If you are interested in learning how to become a part of this great community just email me so we can connect.

I hope you read this with an open heart and I wish you peace, love and joy.

A You a Winner?

So how do you see yourself? Are you a winner?

When you look in the mirror who do you see?

When you look in the mirror can you say “I Love You”?

What does that feel like?
Notice, I did not ask you how you think it feels with your head; but, what is inside of yourself, how does it feel when you say “I Love You”?

Can you look at yourself and say “you did a great job today”?

Do you take what others say about you as real; as if they are the Answer Man?

Do you think you can and others tell you you’re nuts? Do you listen to them?

Are you locked in the chains of OPO?
(others people’s opinions)

Have you ever said or thought I wish I could change my life?

Do you know how or where to start? Refer to question two…that is where you start.

A new job, car, motorcycle, friend, pet…is not going to change who you are inside.

I was reading an article today about the Biggest Loser TV show. I really understood and I wanted to share it with you….

How do you see others around you? Do you see them for the clothes they wear, their shoes, their tattoos, their car, where they work? How do you feel when you think about those questions?

Now that you have read and asked yourself these questions, I hope you take the time to re-evaluate yourself and what you think of others. Write down those questions and really spend some time with them.

So my last question today is this: What happens when you change your mind?

I hope you read this with an open heart, wishing you love, peace and joy.
